Red Cardigan ~ Urban Outfitters //  Black Crop Top ~ Brandy Melville  // Skirt ~ American Apparel Factory Store //  Tights ~ Nordstrom // Socks ~ Urban Outfitters //  Combat Boots ~ The Frye Company // Bag ~ Longchamp //

Dear Reader,

I can’t really explain in words how happy autumn makes me. It’s everything I stand for: warm drinks, jumping in piles of leaves, and knit socks. And that’s all I have to say on the subject. I found the warmest cardigan at Urban Outfitters and needed it (It is so cold in New York what the heck I’m from California I don’t know what seasons are). Also, if you hadn’t picked up on this fact, I really enjoy red clothing. So naturally, I let my wallet take the blow. Also thanks to my friend Megan from Tunes and Tunics, I discovered the wonder that is the American Apparel Factory Store and found this denim skirt for only $20 (originally $62). I would seriously recommend checking if there is one near you — you certainly will not regret it (also check out Megan’s blog she is a lovely friend and fellow fashion blogger).

I’d also been looking forever for a good pair of combat boots that would be both durable and cute and finally stumbled across The Frye Company’s website. The boots are a bit pricey but they’re made of real leather, are super comfortable, and extremely durable. They also offer discounts to college students so if that applies to you definitely take advantage. Anyways, I picked up a pair and have worn them every day since. I’m in love. Definitely an investment worth making.

On that note, I leave you to enjoy fall. Get off your computer and go drink some tea and watch a black and white movie.

P.S. Comment your favorite tea flavor and or black and white movie.
